Karate

Our popular Karate classes are held on a friday afternoon between 1 . 15 and 2 . 15, so if you need to let off steam or just wish to learn a new skill in life, this may be just the thing for you. The friday afternoon sessions are open to all clients, in fact this session has lately been opened to the general public, though none have yet joined  in, the offer is there to try and involve as broad a range of people as possible.   Run by Dave Crawford the sessions are only £  1 for service users and have proved popular with some clients reaching black belt standard. So no matter what age or level you are at, this is a great way to improve fitness and confidence, helping  clients gain new life skills in a way they enjoy.
